Contracting without the middlemen
Most contracting problems in Iraq come from too many layers: a contractor who subcontracts the subcontractor, and nobody owns the result. We work differently. Dheyaa Albadia Company owns its equipment, employs its operators, and runs its own logistics, so when we sign a contract, the people doing the work answer to us.
From our base in Umm Qasr we have delivered site preparation, earthworks and construction support for government and private clients. Our horizontal construction equipment is maintained in house, and our transport division feeds material to the site without waiting on third-party trucking.
What we take on
Civil construction packages, infrastructure works, site development and project support services. Every project runs under our QA/QC framework, with an onsite representative involved from kickoff to handover. Security and safety plans are part of the mobilization, not an afterthought.
